Dr. Steven Jung has been in the private practice of Orthodontics since 1981. He did his undergraduate work at the University of California at Berkeley in Bacteriology. Dr. Jung received both his dental degree and masters degree in Orthodontics from Washington University in St. Louis. He was also an assistant professor of Orthodontics at the University of the Pacific for thirteen years.
     Dr. Jung is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, World Federation of Orthodontists, and the Southern Alameda County Dental Society. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International.
     Dr. Jung, his wife Doris, and their sons Scott and Kevin, have been very active in their community both in the Boy Scouts and in their church. They look forward to their continuing service to others.
